Securing Your Session
I can't wait to work with you! To officially reserve your date, a non-refundable 50% retainer is required along with a signed service agreement. Your spot is not confirmed until both are received. All bookings are first-come, first-served, so don't wait too long!
Payment is accepted via my booking site. I accept card, ACH, Affirm, Klarna, & Paypal.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session or event. If the final payment is not received by that deadline, your session may be canceled.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and I get it. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, and the new date must be scheduled within 30 days. For outdoor sessions affected by weather, rescheduling is always at no additional cost. If you need to reschedule, just reach out as soon as you know so we can find a date that works.
No-shows without any communication will result in forfeiture of your retainer.
Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your retainer will be forfeited. If full payment was already made, any amount beyond the retainer will be refunded to you.
If I ever need to cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time! Sessions begin at the scheduled time and, unfortunately, cannot be extended for late arrivals. If you are running behind, please reach out right away via [phone/text number]. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without any communication will be considered a no-show, and the retainer will be forfeited.
Turnaround Time
Your finished gallery will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days for both portrait sessions and game coverage. Need it sooner? Rush editing is available for an additional fee. Just inquire when booking.
All galleries are delivered through a secure, easy-to-access online gallery link.
Image Usage
Serene Lens Photography retains the copyright to all images. As a client, you receive a personal-use license which includes sharing on social media, printing for personal use, and sharing with family and friends.
Commercial or promotional use, meaning use in advertisements, business marketing, or paid promotions, requires written permission. Not sure if your use qualifies? Just ask!
